Eugene Oliva is an Honorably Discharged United States Marine Corps Post-9/11 Active Duty Service Disabled Combat Veteran. From there he worked two fulltime jobs; Assistant Manager at Rite Aid in the morning and Field Engineer for Granite Construction/MTA Project at night, while persuing his Bachelors Degree from Grand Canyon University. He then became a Business Analyst at the New York Stock Exchange-InterContinental Exchange within the Trading Floor, IT Development and NYSE Regulations/Market Oversight Controls Group. He resigned from the NYSE in order to pursue his MBA and focus on his entrepreneurship and volunteer aspirations.

He is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Semper Fi Financial Services LLC and a Broker & Equity Co-Owner at PHP Agency Inc (an Integrity Marketing Group/IMG Inc company). He also serves as Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Sempertainment Inc (Non-Profit Organization, Established 2023), Co-Founder & Advisory Board Member/Director of Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship & Remote Work Opportunies at We Are Our Sista's Keepers (Non-Profit Organization, Established 2021), and Co-Founder & Advisory Board Member (Emeritus) at Women Veterans & Families Network (Non-Profit Organization, Established 2012).
